Love God Greatly: Words Matterنموونە

This is our final day in our “Words Matter” study. How did it go? I hope you've learned valuable lessons about using your words! 

Today's verses talk about gratitude and praise. God is constantly doing things in our lives. Some of them are big and spectacular and others are small everyday miracles. We have to pay attention to every sparkle of the work of God in our lives and give Him gratitude and praise for all of them. 

Gratitude means thanking God for the things He's done for us and provided for us. We praise God not only for what He does, but also for who He is. No matter what we’re experiencing or what we’re going through, God is always worthy to be praised. Even when our prayers go unanswered or times are hard, our praise has to be present.

When our hearts recognize the works of God in our lives, we fill up with gratitude and overflow with praise. Are you being intentional in giving thanks to God for all the things He has done for you, using your words to praise Him and worship him? 

Heavenly Father, thank You for all the things you've done in my life. I praise You Lord, because You are the Creator of the Universe and all the things in it. Only You are worthy to be praised. In Jesus’ name, amen.
