7 Days of Praise: Praying Through Psalm 150 نموونە

Day 2 – Praise God for All He’s Done
Praying along with the psalmist through Psalm 150, we pause to praise God for all that He has done: “Praise Him for His mighty deeds; praise Him according to His excellent greatness!” (150:2).
Yes, Father God, You loved us so much You gave Your one and only Son (John 3:16). Even while we were yet sinners, Jesus went to the cross for us. Even while we were trying to make sense of life on our own, You pursued us and made Yourself known through family and friends, creation and circumstances. Each of us has a story of Your love and compassion, of unique ways You have met us at our point of need. We praise You, praise You, praise You, Lord!

As we praise God today, let's keep in mind the heavenly worship service we'll one day take part in: “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain . . . !” (see Revelation 5:11-12). Here's how we praise, says Charles Spurgeon: “We simply say what [God] is! ‘You are this and You are that.’ There is no other praise.” Why not invite friends and family to “join the chorus” with you?
