7 Days of Praise: Praying Through Psalm 150 نموونە

Day 4 – Creative Expressions of Worship
Praying through Psalm 150, along with the trumpet, lute, and harp (150:3), more instruments have joined the orchestra to praise God’s great name: “Praise Him with tambourine and dance; praise Him with strings and pipe!” (150:4).
Father God, may these instruments blend in one unified note of praise and honor and glory to You! And, yes, may they be accompanied by “dance,” the movement that begins in our hearts and ministers before You through creative expressions of worship! May we not hold back in praising You, for You are worthy of all praise, honor, and glory. Yes, be glorified, Lord!

As we praise God today, let's keep in mind the heavenly worship service we'll one day take part in: “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain . . . !” (see Revelation 5:11-12). Here's how we praise, says Charles Spurgeon: “We simply say what [God] is! ‘You are this and You are that.’ There is no other praise.” Why not invite friends and family to “join the chorus” with you?
