I’m sure you’ve experienced that frustrating moment when you’ve arrived at the checkout counter and reached into your purse to pay, but it’s so full you can’t even find your wallet. You begin to frantically dump the contents of the bag onto the counter, only to discover several things you thought you lost.

Sometimes our lives can look like an overstuffed handbag. We find ourselves carrying so many needless weights and burdens. And just as all the unnecessary contents in our purses can keep us from finding our wallets, these internal weights and burdens will hinder us from having and doing all God has for us.
