Plot Twistنموونە

Sometimes, we feel like we can't ask for help when we're going through a very difficult time. We think we may burden others with our problems or even annoy them. But Jesus is always ready for us and the problems we need to bring to him — he isn’t annoyed with us or burdened by our issues. We can cry out to him when we experience pain, anger, and frustration.
The best part about the book of Psalms is they remind us that we can cry out to Jesus in our darkest moments. He is ready to hear us and bring comfort at any point. It might feel like all the odds are stacked against us, but Jesus is for us. The psalmist writes about all the ways God is at his side. Jesus meets us in the same way.
How has Jesus been there for you in your moments of distress?

Whether it’s your favorite movie, book, or reality show, you know there's nothing like a good plot twist! A plot twist can make us rethink everything we thought we knew about the story. In this 30-day devotional series from Grow Curriculum, designed for Lent we’ll focus on how Jesus experienced “life-plot twists” and how he is with us when we go through unexpected moments in our life.
