Walk With Jesus: 21 Days Through Matthewنموونە

After he was baptized, Jesus went out into the desert for 40 days. He was alone with no food or water. While he was there, Satan tried to tempt him but Jesus refused to be tempted. He told Satan that we should only serve the Lord! Jesus relied on the words of the Old Testament and the help of God to defeat temptation. Are there times that you feel tempted to do something that doesn't honor God or show love to your neighbor? Know that God is there for you just like He was there for Jesus! You can rely on God to help you do the right thing. It isn't always easy to do the right thing, but we always have help.
