At the end of every week, we'll give you a challenge—something to try that might be outside your regular routine. Each challenge is designed to help you develop one important spiritual habit. This week, it's...

SPEND TIME WITH OTHERS

The people in our lives can have a big impact on our faith—and we can have a big impact on other people's faith too. But that doesn't happen by accident. Today's challenge is going to help you connect with at least one other person in a way that helps you (or maybe even both of you) grow!

We worship because God provides. And because God has provided for us, we have the opportunity to help provide for others. One of the best ways to do this is by teaming up with others for a greater impact. This week, get together with friends and make a plan for how you can provide support to others in need. This could look like...

  • Gathering and donating supplies for a neighborhood facing the aftermath of a disaster or hardship.
  • Volunteering together at a local shelter or nonprofit.
  • Helping clean up an underserved community.
  • Grocery shopping and cooking a meal for someone who can't leave their house easily.

Before you take action, spend time in prayer, thanking God for the provision in your life and asking for sensitivity to the needs of others.

Wonder

Have you ever stood in awe of a natural wonder—a pristine glacier, a golden sunset, or vast ocean—and been amazed by its beauty? These remind us of the incredible God who created everything. So, what would it look like to live every day in awe of our Creator? For the next 28 days, we’ll explore what it means to worship—not just with songs or prayers, but with the way we live. Our lives are shaped by our response to the wonder of who God is, and we’ll see when we worship, we get to know God more.
