30 Days of Endurance for Women Leadersنموونە

Week 1 — Rooted to Last
Day 7: Reflection & Reset
Biblical Basis: Lamentations 3:40 (ESV)
“Let us test and examine our ways, and return to the Lord!”
After planting a seed, the farmer doesn’t rush the harvest. Instead, she watches carefully, checking soil, removing weeds, adjusting water. Spiritual endurance works the same way.
Lamentations 3 comes from a place of deep sorrow but also a powerful choice to return to God. Verse 40 is a call to self-examination, a holy audit of our hearts and habits. This is not for condemnation but for clarity.
This week, you have journeyed through vital disciplines: rooting in Christ, daily surrender, creating sacred space, repetition, rest, and rhythms that foster resilience. Now is the moment to pause and assess.
Where has God been faithful? Where have you resisted His leading? What patterns support your endurance, and which ones threaten it?
Reflection is an act of worship because it requires honesty and humility—qualities that prepare you for growth and continued perseverance.
Resetting doesn’t mean starting over; it means recalibrating with intention so you walk forward strengthened and steady.
DEEP Reflection:
- D – Draw Near to God:
Pray: “Lord, help me see clearly the areas where I have walked well, and those where I have wandered. Teach me to return fully to You.” - E – Examine the Text:
Read Lamentations 3:19–33. What does the writer say about God’s faithfulness amid suffering and despair? - E – Engage Your Heart:
Which spiritual disciplines have been sustaining you? Where do you feel weak or distracted? - P – Practice the Principle:
Journal honestly: Identify 2–3 beliefs or habits to discard, and 2–3 rhythms or biblical truths to develop. Commit these to prayer.
By the end of your day, reflect on the following question: What has God revealed to you this week that you need to carry forward into Week 2?
Tomorrow, we begin week two — Built to Withstand. See you on day eight.
