True North: Brotherhood Is A Necessity Sample

FELLOWSHIP
Fellowship is a funny word. Modern Christians use it so loosely to mean anytime Christians are together. Yet, true fellowship comes when you are closely involved in somebody’s life. In the first churches immediately following the death and resurrection of Jesus, they truly lived in fellowship with each other. They sold all their belongings to support the church and other families in the church. While that seems crazy to us today, we can have a similar fellowship.
With brothers in Christ, you can have Godly fellowship. You can be closely involved in the lives of your brothers financially, spiritually, and practically. You can enjoy the great times together and be present in the challenging times. You can have deeper, more meaningful conversations about the important aspects of each other’s lives. Brothers in Christ find true fellowship in the lives of men that they lead and choose to do life with.
Are you closely involved in the lives of the men in your group? Are they closely involved in your life? What does fellowship look like for you? Are you pursuing it?
About this Plan

God did not design us to be alone. Rather, He designed us to be in community with other believers. Brotherhood is the relationship between brothers, especially brothers in Christ. So much can be learned and gained from a strong community of believers. It’s not only a great option for a believer; it’s mandatory to survive in today’s society.
