The 5-Minute Bible Reading Plan And Devotional: ActsSample

Wolves among Sheep
Paul warned the pastors of Ephesus that eventually wolves in sheep’s clothing would sneak in and seize unsuspecting sheep. Even some leaders would distort the truth, seeking to have their own followers. So Paul warned faithful pastors to be on guard (Acts 20:29–31). You too must watch out, because many false teachers seek to pervert true doctrine. If you hear a strange teaching from a charming speaker, beware lest you be deceived. Tell your concerns to responsible Christians whom you respect, or to church leaders, and have them check the person out.
