Daily Bible Reading — Sustained By God’s Word Of Forgiveness & MercySample
August 24
Introduction
Because the LORD is pleased with Moses, the LORD agrees to be with the people throughout the journey. Moses asks to see the dazzling light of the LORD’s presence. God shows his back to Moses, but won’t let Moses see his face.
Today’s Scripture: Exodus 33:19
The LORD answered, “I will make all my splendor pass before you and in your presence I will pronounce my sacred name. I am the LORD, and I show compassion and pity on those I choose.”
