Help Others Get Connected, Part 3Sample
Remember What You Heard! This week we will focus on reproducing disciples. You want to be the kind of believer that not only leads others to Christ but teaches them to do so as well. That starts with remembering what you hear.
Do you have a system of keeping track of sermons, podcasts, devotionals, and insights that the Lord gives to you? Most people don’t have a photographic memory, so it’s easy to forget things along the way. Paul encouraged Timothy to remember the things he had heard. Is that easy or hard for you?
Develop your plan for keeping the most important things at the forefront of your mind. Some choose to write those things down in a daily journal. Others reflect on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. However you choose to do so, it’s important that we take the time to remember what the Lord has said to us through His Word, His servants, and even through the circumstances of life.
It’s also important that we are doing those things as well. It’s not enough just to remember, we need to be doing what the Lord leads us to do through those insights. After all, we don’t want to be someone who looks into the mirror and forgets what we look like! Spend some time today remembering the things that you have been taught in your walk with the Lord.

About this Plan
Last year we released 21 Days To Connect: Anchoring Your College Life. This year, we want to help you help others connect with this series of devotions. It’s designed to encourage you to invest the first 21 days of the semester to helping others find the purpose and joy in Jesus that you have found, along with the connection to a solid community of other believers.
