No one enjoys feeling empty and exhausted. Our emptiness longs to be filled. That’s why it’s so tempting to think that achievements, success, monetary possessions, or our status will fill us and give us the satisfaction our souls long for. But they aren’t designed to give us what our soul craves, and needs, for true fulfillment. 

We were all created to find our soul’s satisfaction through a relationship with Jesus. When we don’t come to Jesus with our emptiness or exhaustion, our souls miss out on the satisfying source.
