INChurch Cornelius Fast 2020Sample

Day 7 – A gathering
Reflect
What an interesting group that started out the next day to travel the distance to Caesarea. Peter, some believers from Joppa and the Romans from Caesarea. Have you ever walked a long distance with someone? You really get to know a person when you walk and talk. I wonder what barriers began to break down?
Meanwhile, Cornelius anticipated Peter's coming. He knew that what Peter had to say would be a word from God Himself. He gathered his relatives and close friends for this important event.
Respond
Who is close to me that needs to hear the good news of Jesus? What could I do to influence them for Christ? Consider having a coffee or hosting a meal and ask the Holy Spirit to guide the conversation. Know that He is always working on hearts. Take a proactive step and see what God will do.
