33 Day Men’s ChallengeSample
DAY FOURTEEN
The Warrior’s Creed
Speak it out for two minutes with conviction and use the movements from the video to memorize it:
“Obey heaven, serve people, conquer self, crush evil.”
The Master’s Word
Set this word to a rhythm and declare it out loud for at least five minutes and whenever you’re out walking or driving today.
“Love one other as the LORD loved us; that your joy may be complete.” John 15:12
The Truth Challenge
Consider honestly these questions:
To married men: “Have you ever told your wife that she needs to submit to you because you're the husband? How does the mandate for a husband to die for his wife, like Christ died for the church, measure up to that?”
To single men: “If you want to marry in the future, how are you preparing for that?”
To all men: “Does the way you treat others reflect Jesus’s words to become servant of all and to die for others?”
The Response Challenge
Take some notes and share them with your warrior brother (by telephone, email, text etc.).
The Physical Challenge
Day of Solitude
Take a day (or half a day) for time with the Master, at home, hiking, or doing something you enjoy.

About this Plan
The 33 Minute Warrior, created in Japan, is a movement of brothers who support each other to get free and live powerfully as modern-day warriors in the Way of Christ. “Obey Heaven, serve people, conquer self, crush evil” is the creed we live by. The 33 Day Challenge is the wake-up call and initiation to that transformation. Do it together with a brother to get the most out of it.
