You’re A Precious Child!
Psalm127:3a
Children are a gift from the Lord.
This Psalm was written by King Solomon. He wrote that all children are God’s blessings. It means you and I are a precious gift to our daddy and mummy! You can feel that your dad and mum always want to do their utmost to ensure you are well brought up. Children who are well brought up are priceless to a family.
It also says that you and I are like arrows in a warrior’s hand. It means our parents sharpen us by teaching and training us with so much wisdom, love, and God’s word since we were very young. So when we grow up and become adults, we will be ready to face the real world and will not be defeated by any challenge, just like arrows in a warrior’s hand.
You and I are our parents’ legacy and future. Always include your dad and mom in your daily prayer so that God will always bless them with good health, a happy heart, and a peaceful soul.
Prayer
Dear God, may You grant my Dad and Mom good health, a happy heart, and a peaceful soul. I want to always listen to their advice and teaching. Amen.
