REFLECT Why is it so important to confess your sins? How can you be confident that God will forgive you? What help does this psalm give you?
APPLY Find a quiet place to reflect on your life this week. List any sins you recall. Write them on paper, confess them, ask God’s forgiveness and then tear up the paper.
PRAY Thank God for the many times he has forgiven you and for his patience and understanding toward you.
