The Bible shows us how to follow Jesus

If we want to follow Jesus, we need to read the Bible regularly and do what it says.

Growing up, I learn the Bible is God’s:

B- Basic

I- Instruction

B- Before

L- Leaving

E - Earth

It really is, but it’s also His love letter to you and me. God guides us along the best path for our lives through His word and leads us closer to a life of fulfillment through Him.

The Bible is spiritual food for your soul to grow healthy and strong. Going to church cannot be the only way we seek fulfillment through Him. We also must surround ourselves with other Christians and constantly read His word. Knowing God’s word feeds your heart and soul. Knowing His word allows us to follow Him well because we see and knows what He wants for us. The Bible is bread for daily use, not cake for special occasions.

There are so many blessings, fulfillment, and wisdom God wants to pour into our lives that will only come to us through reading the Bible. Reading the Bible and doing what it says, we take continual steps to follow Jesus every day.

The best way to follow Jesus is through the reading of His word.
