Think and Grow WiseSample
#3 is Unshakeable Faith.
Hebrews 11:1 says, 'Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses].”
The word faith means complete trust or confidence in God.
In the amplified Bible it uses the words title deed and confirmation to give even more context to the word faith.
This means you have complete trust and confidence in God as if you already have the title deed and confirmation of what you are believing for.
When you add the word unshakeable to the word faith, it’s like having the Avengers with you at all times. It would feel impossible NOT to have faith.
As you continue to Think and Grow Wise, I hope you can see how powerful faith is in your life and what God wants to do through you.
Galatians 2:20 says, “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Philippians 2:13 says, “For it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.”
God is looking for willing people. These scriptures are for you. They were written for you right now.
This is one of the biggest areas where Christians miss it. They think it’s for someone else.
This is why the devil wants so badly to steal, kill and destroy (distract) your life in any way possible.
If the devil can keep you disconnected from God, then he stops God from working in you, with you, and through you.
I believe today is going to be a shift for you.
I believe you are going to see what faith looks like for you. No matter the circumstance. No matter the obstacle, you have unshakeable faith.
This is where you say, “but I don’t feel like I have it. What do I need to do to get unshakeable faith?”
First of all, you have to remember why you are reading this right now. This devotional is titled “Think and Grow Wise.”
So, you are already on your way to getting unshakeable faith. Let me break it down even more.
Step 1: You wish for it.
The road of faith many times starts as a wish. You’re not really sure if it’s something you can really have, so you wish for it. This is the start of something great.
Step 2: You ask for it.
As you begin to spend time with the Lord and listen to what He has to say, you get a revelation. This is when your belief begins to blossom into action. Matthew 21:22 comes alive, “And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” You are now understanding the power of the scriptures and deploying faith.
Step 3: Faith becomes action.
Your mouth is creating your future through the scriptures and faith. You are energized. You are spending time with God, and your faith transforms into action.
You are no longer talking about starting a business, selling your business, rebuilding your marriage, or putting money into your development, you are taking action to do it.
As Hebrews 11:1 mentioned in the beginning, you are acting as if you have the title deed and confirmation of your faith.
Step 4: You have passion for it.
This isn’t about faith winning the lotto. This is about faith in line with what God has crafted and constructed for you and only you to do. Because you know this, you have so much passion for it.
The passion you have for it oozes out. It is contagious. It is electrifying. It is a knowing and an inward peace tied to your faith.
When these steps are happening, you will know and understand unshakeable faith.
Think about what unshakeable faith will look like in your life. What will it feel like? What will you talk like? What will you think like?
It’s important to take time and allow your mind to see the picture of what unshakeable faith will look like. Science now proves what the Bible has been saying all along.
When you believe it, you will see it.
The more you get connected to God, faith will become easy because you are connected to the source of all faith.
Let me know what resonated with you the most.
I’m rooting for you.
I’m praying with you.
