What The Bible Promises To DoSample

As we begin this 7-day look at six things God promises His Word to be, we will be spending some time in Psalm 19. To get the most from this Psalm—and your Bible reading in general—here are some questions to ask while you’re in the Word that will help you draw out important points and apply them to your life:
- “What portion of my reading stands out to me?”
- “Why does this part have my attention?”
- “Is there an example for me to follow?”
- “Is there an error for me to avoid?”
- “Is there a duty for me to perform?”
- “Is there a promise for me to claim?”
- “Is there a sin for me to confess?”
Read Psalm 19 today, and prayerfully interact with these questions as you spend time in God’s Word.
