Be HumbleSample

What is one thing you wish you had to make you better at something you love? New shoes to help you play ball? New art supplies so you can get the picture right? A new phone so you can shoot better content for your social media feed? We all tend to fall into the trap of believing that we need more things, new things, and better things to help us grow. And in some ways, that could be true. But that's not the case in our faith and relationship with God!
We don’t have to wait for things to change. We don’t have to have all the right things to grow. We don’t have to be the right age, know all the right words, and do everything just right to see our faith grow. As middle schoolers, right here and right now, we can grow in faith and set an example for others to do the same. With confidence and humility, we have everything we need!
Today, write this verse down somewhere you’ll see it often. As you come across it, stop and say it aloud. Let it serve as a reminder that you can grow and mature in faith wherever you are in life.
