Leading With a WhisperSample

The Power of a Quiet Yes
There’s something sacred about the quiet yes. Not the kind shouted from a platform, but the kind whispered in secret. That’s the kind of yes that has shaped my life.
I didn’t have a blueprint for ministry. I had a whisper. And I had a choice—to follow it or not. Every 'yes' I’ve given God has been an act of surrender, not strategy.
You may not feel loud. You may not feel noticed. But I want you to know—your quiet yes echoes in heaven. God sees it, and He honors it.
Leadership isn’t about visibility. It’s about obedience. And obedience often looks like small, everyday decisions to trust Him, to follow, to yield. Don’t underestimate the power of that.
Discussion Questions:
- What’s one quiet yes God is asking from you today?
- How has obedience shaped your life in unseen ways?
- Are you willing to follow God even when no one else sees it?
Prayer:
Jesus, I offer You my quiet yes. Shape me with Your hands and lead me step by step. I trust Your whisper more than the world’s applause.
