TLV Daily Proverbs With Daniah

DAY 31 OF 31

Proverbs Chapter 31

Welcome back to the Daily Proverbs with Daniah! In today’s proverb, Daniah wraps up our 31 days of Proverbs by encouraging us to invest our time with God through reading our Bibles. Whether male or female, Jewish or Gentile, we are entrusted with God’s Spirit and the capability to spread His light throughout the world. Together, we are called to direct all humanity towards salvation: Yeshua.

Scripture References:

She opens her mouth with wisdom— a lesson of kindness is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and bless her, her husband also praises her: “Many daughters have excelled, but you surpass them all.” Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears ADONAI will be praised.

- Proverbs 31:26-30 TLV
Much in every way. First of all, they were entrusted with the sayings of God.

- Romans 3:2 TLV
It will come to pass in the last days that the mountain of ADONAI’s House will stand firm as head of the mountains and will be exalted above the hills. So all nations will flow to it. Then many peoples will go and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of ADONAI, to the House of the God of Jacob! Then He will teach us His ways, and we will walk in His paths.” For Torah will go forth from Zion and the word of ADONAI from Jerusalem.

He will judge between the nations and decide for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning knives. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, nor will they learn war any more. Come house of Jacob, let us walk in the light of ADONAI.

- Isaiah 2:2-5 TLV
Now there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon, and this man was just and pious, waiting for the consolation of Israel. The Ruach ha-Kodesh was on him. And it had been revealed to him by the Ruach ha-Kodesh that he would not die before he had seen the Anointed One of ADONAI. So in the Ruach, Simeon came into the Temple; and when the parents brought the Child Yeshua to do for Him according to the custom of the Torah, Simeon received Him into his arms and offered a bracha to God, saying,

“Now may You let Your servant go in peace, O Sovereign Master, according to Your word. For my eyes have seen Your salvation, which You have prepared in the presence of all peoples: ‘A light for revelation to the nations’ and the glory of Your people Israel.”

- Luke 2:25-32 TLV
