From Need to MaturitySample

Day 3 — Individuation: Standing Whole Before God and Others
Scripture: John 17:15–19 | Psalm 16:8
When God is my source, safety, and identity, I no longer need to draw life from others. This is healthy individuation—not isolation, but freedom.
Jesus lived this way. He didn’t need to prove Himself or protect Himself. Rooted in the Father’s love, He could love freely.
Pause & Reflect:
- Where do I find myself needing something from others: approval, control, reassurance?
- What might change if I believed God was enough in that area?
- How could I show up today without performing or hiding?
Journal Reflection:
- Where am I going to be most tempted to believe that God isn’t enough?
Prayer:
Father, remind me who I am to You. Free me from proving my worth or guarding my heart. Let me live from the security of Your love, Amen.
