16 Days in the Book of RomansMuestra
“If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. Romans 10:9-10
Reflect:
Spend some time reflecting on what you just read. What stood out to you? What questions do you have? Do you think that the Good News of Jesus is for everyone?
Respond:
Spend some time talking with Jesus about what you just read. What do you want to thank Him for? What do you want to ask Him for? Think back to when you accepted Jesus as your savior and thank Him for saving you.
If you have never accepted Jesus as your Savior, you can do it now! All you have to do is believe that Jesus died for your sins on the cross and rose from the dead three days later. If you want to accept Jesus as your Savior, say this prayer:
"Dear Jesus, I recognize that I am a sinner and that I need you to save me. I believe that you died for my sins and I turn away from my sinful life to follow you. I accept you as my Lord and my Savior. Thank you for dying on the cross and saving me. Amen".
If you prayed this prayer, tell someone about it!
