Way of the Good

Jesus is our clear vision no matter what we are facing. He is our steady hope no matter what struggles or challenges are in front of us. He is the pioneer of our faith. Having gone before us, he paved the path to the Father. It’s easy to lose sight of the simplicity and beauty of the gospel. No matter what is going on in our lives, our eyes should be turned toward the one who gave everything for us. Jesus is our steady guide who shows us the way and reminds us that he is the reason we can overcome the obstacles we face.

Jesus is the beginning and end of our faith. He is the reason we can have a relationship with God, and he will faithfully guide us through each of our days if we allow him to. He is our example, our hope, and our advocate. The path we walk is navigable because of his sacrifice. Without him we would be lost and unable to move forward. He equips us, strengthens us, and encourages us when we need it.

When we have become distracted and confused, let us refocus on Jesus. There is no one worthy of a place above him. No one can match his mercy, his faithfulness, or his might. We can look to him for the way to go, how to proceed, and for all that we need. He leads us into the fullness of God’s kingdom, here and now.

Turn your eyes toward Jesus today. Offer him your praise and experience the sweetness of his presence. Whenever you turn to him, he meets you with mercy and grace. He will never turn you away when you are looking for him. He has everything you need, and he is eager for you to ask him for it. His love for you is unending, and he will faithfully lead you toward abundant life just as he promised.
