Let Your Light ShineExemplo
Intentionally creating and releasing content that hits the highest level of connection for your particular audience is similar to finding common ground. Everywhere Jesus went and spoke, He found common ground. With the woman at the well, it was water (John 4). When He called Peter into HIs ministry, He first met him at a place of common ground and engaged him in this matter of catching fish (Matthew 4:18-22).
The Apostle Paul plainly writes that he became all things to all people that he may win some to the cause of Christ (1 Corinthians 9:19-23). That doesn't mean you become a "people pleaser" or deny your own core ministry - it means that where the places within your ministry match the needs of those to whom you are seeking help in reaching more, you focus on those areas.
In other words—make a connection on common ground. Post things people will love, while staying within the integrity and authenticity of the scope of your brand's ministry. Follow the principles found in Isaiah 52:7 - principles of peace, goodness, and integrity. Also echo the principles found in Philippians 4:8 of helping disciple people to think on what is good, lovely, encouraging and Godward. Be authentic. Listen more than you post. Engage people in relevant conversations. Make yourself available. And remain consistent. Ministry is a marathon, not a sprint.
But the number one rule for increasing your ministry growth is to remember the number one rule of life itself: It’s not about you. It’s about them.
Give. Serve. Minister. Empower. Encourage. Delight. Inspire. Then rinse, cycle, and repeat. Just like you have been called to do in Ephesians 2:10.
