If We Confess Our Sins.Exemplo
He Is Faithful To Cleanse Us.
1 John 1:9 KJV states, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
According to Strong’s Concordance the Greek word for “Cleanse” is, ‘katharizō’ (G2511) which means, “to make clean.” Let God clean you up from the inside out. Let His power permeate in every area of your heart. Let His glory rest in every area of your life. Let His Word lead your character.
David declared in Psalms 51:7 KJV, “Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.” Look at the heart of David after he had sinned and went to Bathsheba. When you study Psalms 51 you can hear the cry of a repentant man. This chapter lays out the heart of a man who was humbled before God and desired God’s presence over the lusts of the world.
If you surrender to God, He is faithful to forgive. Surrender your life to Him. Let God lead your path and make your way straight. Let God order your steps. When you are in Christ, you have the choice to step out of bondage and walk in His Light. Bondage is a choice. Condemnation is a decision. Choose Christ and be free from the entanglement of sin. “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” John 8:36 KJV
