Keep going.

What if success is just around the corner, and you don’t know it?

The path of least resistance often bares the least amount of fruit. The road to success is not paved, it isn’t easy, and it shouldn’t be. Everything that is worth doing in life is going to be difficult, but God has already instilled in you all of the tools necessary to be successful. I tell the members of the team I lead to stay positive and focused. The profession that they are in is grueling. Often, they make call after call without getting any momentum. They can make ninety-nine calls and give up, but the one-hundredth call could be a sale.

You won’t know if you stop. Failure is a detour, not a dead-end. You can’t allow a setback to throw you off course, or discourage you from trying again. I have personally failed over and over again. My success is not found in never failing, but in never allowing myself to stay in failure.

The Israelites wandered through the desert for forty years. What if they had given up after thirty-nine? What if they decided one day that the destination wasn’t worth the trip that it took to get there? They had to persevere. They were in a brutal environment, making a journey that took four decades to make. Their willingness to keep going and to keep pushing forward allowed them to reach The Promised Land.

You don’t know what your life is going to look like in just a year.

You have no idea how great it can become. Choosing to stop and to remain stagnant won’t solve your problems, it will keep you in them. You have to hang in there, because there really is no alternative. You cannot live your life in fear of failing. You cannot stop.

Keep going.

Don't Quit

Hard work beats talent ten times out of ten. I believe that God gives us all of the tools required to reach the level of success that we desire. You can accomplish all that you want through hard work, determination, and an unwillingness to give up. In this plan, David Villa talks about the importance of perseverance from a Biblical perspective. Don’t give up. Don’t slow down. Don’t quit.
