If You Worry About It, Pray About It

There are a lot of things that worry us. Can you think about something that you’re worried about right now?

What do we do with those things? Constantly thinking about it and worrying about it won’t help. If anything, it might make you worry even more. Do what we do? Pray about it. 

Talk to God about the things that scare you, that worry you, or that stress you out. 

Remember, that while God might not make all of your problems go away immediately, He will be right there alongside you through it.
