HomecomingExemplo
There can be many things that are comforting about going home. It could be a home-cooked meal, the people you see there, the memories you have from that place. Home is a place that is meant to be a comfortable and safe place. As believers, we are blessed to have a home that God has provided for us in the Kingdom of Heaven. This year may be one of the most difficult years we’ve experienced. You could be experiencing heartbreak, breach of trust, loss of jobs, loved ones, or mentors. Things may not look like the way you envisioned at the beginning of this year. You may find yourself in a difficult season right now, but our God is a God of restoration, and He wants to bring you back to the home He has created for us. In fact, in Jeremiah, the Israelites find themselves in exile for 70 years. But God speaks to them and reminds him of the promise he made to bring them home. Restoration means to give back or return, and God has a great comeback and restoration in store for His people. Whatever situation we may find ourselves in, God is saying to us in this season, “I will turn this around for you.”
Questions:
Is there a situation in your life that needs a miraculous turnaround? What is God speaking to you about that area?
