Parents and Kids Daily Devotional "First Things First"Exemplo
Aeneas had been paralyzed for eight years when he did something very important. He believed what Peter said, acted positively, without hesitation (made his bed and took his first steps), and instantly experienced healing.
Have the faith to simply do, without any doubts. Believe in His existence and presence 100% though the facts and circumstances are very difficult and seem impossible.
What do we do after we listen to countless sermons and read numerous pages of the Bible? Do we keep them in our hearts, believe, and do what they say without any doubts?
Activate your faith, so that He can work in your life more freely and without limits. Having faith is being confident with what we hope for and believing without seeing.
Remember that “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” (Hebrews 11:1 NIV)
Devotion for Parents
We know so many promises of God, but how many of them do we believe in? Do our children see that we trust fully in God?
Hesitation and fear factor in our decisions. Sometimes we choose to do what we feel is right rather than doing what God tells us to do. Let today’s devotion be a reminder for you to put your trust in God and do what He says so that your children can follow your example and do the same.
Devotion for Kids
Sometimes our parents fail to fulfill their promises. They might have forgotten, or there may be other reasons. But God never fails in fulfilling His promises. He does what He says He will do at the right time and in the best possible way.
With this understanding in your heart, you will be able to do what God wants you to do even when it seems impossible. Why? Because when you trust in His promises, they will come to pass.
Family Devotion Time
Name some of the things that God wants the whole family to do but seem difficult to carry out.
What should we do then? How can we do it?
