Grace & Peace

You Got This!

Our three-year-old son loves swimming. He goes swimming almost every day. With his floaties on, he enjoys swimming at the adult pool area. 😂

One time, our son asked me, “Want to swim with dada.” And I said to him, “not today, I’m tired. I’m just gonna sit here and watch you swim, okay?” Our son was kinda sad, but he still swam anyway.

Right at that moment, somehow God gave me a nudge, and it went like this: “Even though you can swim by yourself, I’ll go swimming too, even in deep water, I’ll go with you.” Just like in Isaiah 43:2.

A lot of times when difficult seasons come, we often forget our foundation, and we somehow lose our peace. Eventually, we find it difficult to see or feel grace in our perspectives.

Matthew 7:24-25 says: "Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock."

Maybe you are in a struggle right now. I don’t know where you are at right now or the season that you are in right now, but you are not alone!

God goes with you in deep water!
God is in your business!
God is in your job!
God is in your family!
God is in your house!

Prayer:

Father, we thank you for all that you have done in our lives. Through today, through the pandemic, your promises are still yes and amen; your grace and peace stay with us. Holy Spirit, help us to always remember in whatever seasons that we are in right now that Jesus is our firm foundation. In Jesus name, Amen.

Grace & Peace

As we are now in 2022, some of us are still at a cross-junction or still waiting for a breakthrough or just had a terrible loss or just won a battle. No matter where we are at in life right now, God's grace is sufficient for us. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
