Mr. Rudy owns a humble restaurant in the countryside. His restaurant is always crowded because it serves delicious food at an affordable price. As his business grows, Mr. Rudy decides to open another branch in the city. He needs a partner to manage the new branch because he can’t be in 2 places at the same time. He considers either Beni or Toni to be his trusted manager of the new restaurant.

Beni, is a handsome young man and eloquent in speech. He is loved by many of his customers. However, Beni is often late for work. When he comes in for work, he gets on his phone and looks at his social media for at least half an hour before committing his time to work.

Toni, is a regular guy but very responsible. He maynot be as eloquent as Beni is, but he is friendly nevertheless. He comes in an hour before the restaurant opens and cleans the place right away. Not only that, he helps prepare the food as well.

If you were Mr. Rudy, who would you choose to be your trusted manager? I’d choose Toni because he is diligent and trustworthy.

Because of his outstanding character, Mr. Rudy promoted Toni to be his manager. This promotion comes as a blessing to Toni’s life.

Make the game more challenging and observe his/her reaction.

The goal is for everyone to understand that no matter how small the responsibility that is given to us, we have to carry it out to the best of our ability.
