Jesus is on your side!

"The Lord was with Joseph so that he prospered, and...found favor in his [Potiphar’s] eyes…" (Genesis 39:2-4, NIV)

Wouldn't it be great if your name were written there "The Lord was with *insert your wonderful name here* so that he/she prospered and found favor in the eyes of his/her boss/team/associates..."

Joseph clearly had God's favor on his life, though it didn't look like it at first. You see, he'd just been sold by his own brothers and then was sold again as a slave to Potiphar the Egyptian, Pharaoh's court official.

Imagine Potiphar interviewing Joseph when he arrived, questioning him about his background. Joseph must have stammered, "I…I was just a shepherd." He had no idea how business was conducted in Pharaoh's house. Yet, God's favor took Joseph further than everyone else with better résumés because "...his master saw that the Lord was with him…"!(Genesis 39:3, NIV)

So, never doubt God when it looks like your life is falling apart at the seams—even if, like Joseph, you suddenly end up in an entirely different place than you'd planned! God wants to help you, and He didn't bring you this far to let you fall. That would not be the God we read about in the Bible and believe in. Do you believe this?

Joseph believed firmly in God, and that faith sustained him and led him to overcome the doubts and fears that could've crushed him. He was fully convinced that he could always count on his God!

God has a plan for your life. Even though you don't know everything today, I encourage you to be content. Through faith, you can live a life of victory!

You are a miracle!
