This Is the Day the Lord Has MadeExemplo
CRY OUT TO GOD
In my life, I have experienced anxiety. When dealing with anxiety, I have had to put a lot of trust in God. When I'm anxious, it makes it hard to fall asleep at night, leading to a difficult day at school. When I'm struggling at night to sleep, I have to lean on God to get me through those difficult moments.
I can get up and talk to my parents if I need to. I know God provided my parents to help me, but I also know that God is there, and I can pray with Him when I need Him in those hard times.
If you are going through a difficult day or having trouble, stop and know that you can pray with God and that He will always be with you, even during all your problems. Like Moses in Exodus 15:22-27, when he cries out to God for water, God tells him to throw a piece of wood in the water to make it drinkable. So, like Moses, we can cry out to God, and He will provide the tools we need.
Also, in Psalms 107:10-14 people like us sat in the utter darkness; they cried out to the Lord, and He saved them from their distress and brought them out of the utter darkness. We can all cry out to God if we feel like we are in utter darkness at work, school, or even in our homes. No matter what it is, when you cry out to God, He will save you.
