This is God, the great I AM, taking you on a trip down memory lane to Genesis, when He 'laid the foundations of the earth'.

This is Psalm 46:10: 'be still and know I'm God'.

This is the awesome I AM, telling you to let go of all your worries, your anxiety, your striving, your hurt, your grief, your doubts and fears. Give it to Him. Just rest. You were meant. You were planned. You are SO SO loved. He's crazy about you. He delights in you. He's got you. Hidden you safely in His Hands. The Lord of Heaven's armies, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. He put HIS words in your mouth.

Speak Life. Speak Love. Speak Jesus.

But for now, close your eyes. Just rest.

In and with Him. And let Him do the talking.
