EMBRACING DIVINE TRAINING IN THE DANIEL’S JOURNEY (2)

God always has a destination in mind for you. When the Bible describes God as the Eagle, it shows the training nature of the Father. He is not just looking to gather a family but guiding and preparing us for a purpose. You must embrace Him as a Trainer to reach His goal for your life.

Many people enjoy God as the Gatherer, bringing us together in church. Yet, God wants us to recognize Him as a Trainer with a specific destination. When He formed a nation from the children of Israel, He had a clear purpose and place to which He was leading them. Those who embraced this process moved forward, while those who resisted went backward as God advanced.

If you are travelling and you find yourself in a tunnel, in a stationary vehicle while other vehicles are moving fast beside you, it won’t look like you are static, it will look like you are moving backwards. There is no place for stagnancy in the spirit realm; you move forward or backward. The only way to keep moving forward and making progress is to discover God's destination for you (God's purpose – what He has in mind) and team up with it. You may not have a precise picture of where He is going with you, but you know He is going somewhere. God provides a sense of direction, ensuring you're always moving toward your destiny.

Prayer: Father, I ask that You sharpen my sensitivity to the destiny and purpose You have for me in Jesus’ name.
