Catalyst Conference: A Week Of ChangeSample
Day 7
Read Hebrews 10.19-25
Is this a great concluding passage, or what! Thank you for joining us and digging into the Scriptures as we seek to be leaders who represent bold change.
Thank God for the work He has done in us this week. Thank God for the incredible change He has made within us. What an honor to be called by God to serve Him and lead others to our redeemer, refuge, and friend. What a huge privilege.
We’ve taken an honest look at our sin and how we can allow God to influence our thinking and actions. But God is not finished with us. May we continue to give Him freedom to transform our minds.
The three days focused on creating change reminded us of the importance of leading with love. If God is in us, we will love others.
We read portions of the apostle Paul’s letters to Timothy as if they were written for us. We will entrust what we’ve learned to others so they can become the leaders God has called them to be.
We will serve God with devotion, obedience, and perseverance.
As we cultivate community, there will be challenging people and conflict along the way, but we’ll adopt a godly attitude and use God’s words for each discussion.
This is bold change. We know it will cost us, but today’s passage reminds us of what Jesus has done for us. Our hope is in Him. It’s a high calling and God will give us what we need to serve Him.
We know He will do great things in and through us.
Prayer
Dear Father, thank You for saving me and calling me to be a leader. Thank You for refining me and my leadership this week. Help me to serve You with devotion, obedience and perseverance. Use me to cultivate a community that loves You and radiates Your love to the world. As the challenges come, help me to rely on You, my hope and my strength. Thank You for giving me what I need to live for You and lead people to You. Amen.

About this Plan
We’re challenging leaders who love the Church to break the boundaries of an ordinary existence and find the courage to embrace and radiate bold change. Let’s dig into the Holy Scriptures with this seven-day reading plan developed with our friends at American Bible Society. We’ll focus on internal change and external change. We’ll align ourselves with the ultimate change maker and the bold change God has for us.
