Your RESET LifeSample

Your RESET Family
So far, everything we’ve talked about has been on a pretty individual level. But today, we want to talk about your New Family—the Church.
Every person who says yes to Jesus is welcomed into the largest family in the world, made up of all people from all walks of life. And like every family, there are people we love and people we struggle to get along with—as well as a few quirky relatives.
What makes the family of God unique is that every person is there because of Jesus. You may find two people who are different in every imaginable way. But those two people can still call one another family because of Jesus.
Church is a people, not a place. Even though we tend to gather in buildings, our presence as committed followers of Jesus matters most.
There’s no such thing as a lone-ranger Christian. Every follower of Jesus is invited to be Jesus to one another—to encourage, correct, and help one another become more like Jesus.
You’ll never find a perfect church. But together, we unite around the Perfect One, Jesus.
What makes the Church different than every other social group in the world? Why is it important for us to go to church with people who look and think different than us?
