Psalm 149 says that "the Lord takes delight in his people".
Whatever time we wake up, and whatever we feel like when we wake up, God wants us to delight in Him just as He delights in us.
In today's video, Simcha talks about waking up to dreams God has put in our heart, and explains that when we do take time to delight in God's goodness during our day, we gain a different perspective to see just how much He delights in us through the events of our day.
