Your Practical Steps
The past nine days have been great as we journeyed together. I hope that you made some adjustments and will from now onwards live your life differently. It is about life integration, knowing that all the seven make up one, and one is made up of seven. The seven areas of your life are one whole and if either one is neglected it will affect the whole. To be a success, you need to deliberately and intentionally make sure that you nurture all of them.
As you put these principles into practice, here are a few things to consider:
1. Don’t underestimate the Power of Routine. If you want to succeed in anything, do it over and over. Know also that what you are is a sum total of what you spend time on.
2. Don’t live with a mistaken view that what doesn’t require more time is not important. All seven areas of your life are important, but they don’t require the same time to nurture.
3. There are cows whose success you can easily measure. Be careful that you don’t look at things that you can’t immediately measure like relationships, hobbies as less important
4. There is no Hierarchy in the importance of the seven cows. They are an integrated system that makes one whole. They are all important in the same way.
6. A plan on how you will balance up your life is better than willpower. Willpower fades, but following a plan helps if you want to last. Come up with a solid plan and follow through.
Prayer: Dear Lord help me to have the courage to make the right adjustments in my life. Help me to come up with a plan that will include all the seven areas of my life. I thank you for helping me on this ten-day Balanced on Purpose journey. Amen
As I conclude this devotional, I would like you to do an assessment to see which of your Cows are fat and which ones are thin. You can contact me directly to send you the assessment, or you can get the book “Balanced on Purpose” on Amazon.com.

About this Plan
A ten-day Devotional on intentionally living an integrated life. Success doesn't come from only focusing on one facet of life. It comes from a delicate balancing act of all the facets. This devotional will help you understand how to achieve holistic success. It will also show how the neglected areas of your life sabotage those that you nurture.
