Receive Him Everyday
Jesus didn't give us the Holy Spirit as a one-time deal. He gave us His Spirit so we can put it into action every day.
He wants to guide us.
He wants to correct us.
He wants to comfort us.
Will we receive it?
God gives the Holy Spirit to all who believe in Jesus. But it's our ability to receive His Spirit and keep it at the center of our lives each day that determines our ability to grow toward our destiny.
Every day, no matter what's going on in our lives, we gain power when we consciously open our hearts and minds to the Spirit of God at work within us.
Pray:
God, Thank You for Your Spirit. Thanks You for using Your Spirit to comfort me, guide me, correct me, and bring me peace. I surrender my worries and troubles to You, so You can have room to do a new work in my heart today. In Jesus' name, Amen.
