Tranquility
The theme of this meditation from 1 John 4 and Philippians 4 is overcoming fear with tranquility. Contemplating the constant and perpetual presence of God. A divine presence marked by the deep tranquillity of the Holy Spirit. A presence intent on contemplating God by unceasingly invoking the name of Jesus.
About this Plan

This plan will explore an ancient tradition of contemplative prayer based on Matthew 6 “enter your room, shut the door, and pray to God in secret.” It is a practice of worship marked by deep tranquillity in the presence of God. These guided audio meditations will center on invoking the name of Jesus, finding peace through reflection, and discovering the simple peace when we align with God.
