- In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Our God is the perfectly creative Creator! He designed the universe from scratch, and filled it with incredible stars, planets, plants, and animals. So when God made mankind in His own image, He created us to be creators!
- God gave Adam and Eve the responsibility of creating and cultivating in the perfect Garden of Eden before sin ever entered the equation. God created us for work from the very beginning. In God’s perfect design, humanity would work for our own good and His glory. Even today, our work can still be an act of worship to God and a powerful Christian witness to others.
- Prepare to read the following verses by praying & asking God to focus your attention and affections on Him.

- Where do you work? What has God given to you for creation & cultivation?
- How would your actions or attitude change if you always saw your effort being for the Lord?
