892 BC Elisha helps the Northern Kingdom thwart Aram/Syria. He predicts the Samarian siege will be broken but the new King of Aram, Hazael, will do evil to Israel. In Judah, Jehoshaphat has been obedient to God. On his death his son, Jehoram, succeeds him.
Note: Elisha was a man of great faith with an amazing gift of miracles. He performed more miracles than any other person except Jesus.
