One of the most important things you can do as you mature and grow in faith is this: Surround yourself with friends who are doing the same! Not only will your friends help you as you grow, but you’ll be a huge help to them as well. In the same way that iron works to sharpen iron, friends who are both living the right way can help each other stay strong and on the right path. This week, make a list of the qualities you think a friend who would shape and sharpen your life should have. Use that list to not only help you find the right kind of friends, but also to be that kind of friend yourself. Focus on developing one of the qualities on your list in yourself to help you be the kind of friend you’re looking to find.
