He Who Watches Over Israel

Dear Father, I thank You for the steadfast assurance that Jesus is forever He Who Watches Over Israel, over me and over His whole Church. I am exceedingly grateful that He has all power to help us; He sees everything about us; He is all wise; and He loves us beyond measure. I rejoice also that He never sleeps, or gets distracted or exhausted in watching over us. I am excited as I remember that today’s name/attribute of Christ refers back to Your conversation with Jacob in Genesis 28:15, where You promised him: “I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”

I rejoice that Christ does not even blink in watching and keeping us. Please help me, my family members and all of His people to know He Who Watches Over Israel so deeply and so intimately that we will readily place every part of our lives in His mighty hands. I pray that Jesus will watch and rule over all of the United States of America, Israel and all other countries of the world. All people and all nations desperately need Him! I ask these things in the name of Jesus, the Great Protector.
