Help Others Get Connected, Part 3Sample

Keep On Keeping On! It’s been three weeks. By now, you’ve probably had your first test of the semester or they are coming very soon. You have invested a lot of emotional and spiritual energy in helping others get connected on your campus. It can be tempting to settle in for a much-needed rest.
Ok, take a few minutes just for yourself. Go ahead. Take the day.
Then tomorrow, get back at the work of doing good for all but especially for the those who belong to the household of faith. We are promised the reward of eternal life. And we are promised that we will reap at the right time if we don’t give up.
Keep up the good work. Lift others up around you who may be getting tired. Encourage one another daily! Thank you for hanging in for the full three weeks with us. I hope you have been encouraged in your journey. Drop me a note at eddie.gilley@gmail.com and let me know if this has been helpful to you and what you would like to see next from us for the spring semester. After all, all of us can use some encouragement now and then!

About this Plan

Last year we released 21 Days To Connect: Anchoring Your College Life. This year, we want to help you help others connect with this series of devotions. It’s designed to encourage you to invest the first 21 days of the semester to helping others find the purpose and joy in Jesus that you have found, along with the connection to a solid community of other believers.
