How? By the way you live. Take the lead by the way you live. When you walk into a room, make the room better.
Be the kind of person that others love to be around because of how loving and kind they are. Be the kind of person who doesn’t judge, but instead listens to and cares for everyone. Be the kind of person who doesn’t join in when everyone else is making fun of that kid, but instead stands up for them. Be the kind of person who tells the truth even when it’s inconvenient.
You lead in everything you do.
Everything you do can lead others towards Jesus. Show others what life with Jesus looks like.

About this Plan
Jesus led by listening, loving, caring, and serving others. Jesus told His apprentices, “In this world the kings and great men lord it over their people... But among you it will be different. Those who are the greatest among you should take the lowest rank, and the leader should be the servant” (Luke 22:25-26). This is what it means to take the lead.
